Orthopaedic Physiotherapy

Our team of physiotherapists also understand how to deal with muscoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions such as Joint Pain including lower back pain, neck pain and all other major joints, Arthritis, Disc Degeneration or Disc Disease, Spinal Stenosis, Joint replacements such as Total Knee or Hip Replacements, Swelling/Oedema Issues and Joint Degeneration.

We are able to work with instruction from your orthopaedic surgeon, follow certain protocols if required depending on your type of surgery and also happy to communicate with your GP shall there be a hiccup on your road to recovery.\

Physiotherapy for such of the above conditions will most definitely require exercise, specific rehabilitation exercises, walking and other movement. We are also able to complement this with soft tissue massage, bracing, electrotherapy, heat therapy, taping techniques, dry needling or western acupuncture if required. Such treatment can help reduce pain, local inflammation/swelling, which in turn can improve range of movement and assist you in completing your exercises and rehabilitation.
